InloggningLogin
Turisten loggar in på samma inloggningssida som alla andra roller, med e-post och lösenord eller Google. Demopanelen på inloggningssidan fyller i testuppgifter automatiskt.
The tourist logs in on the same login page as every other role, using email and password or Google. The demo panel on the login page fills in test credentials automatically.

Efter inloggning hamnar turisten på /dashboard/, som för denna roll visar tre flikar: Utforska (snabbknappar till kartan, ruttplaneraren och evenemang, plus en lista över kommande evenemang), Mina rutter och Favoriter. Det finns i dagsläget inga kommande evenemang listade i testmiljön.
After logging in, the tourist lands on /dashboard/, which for this role shows three tabs: Explore (quick buttons to the map, the route planner, and events, plus a list of upcoming events), My routes, and Favourites. No upcoming events are currently listed in the test environment.
Mina rutter och FavoriterMy routes and Favourites
Fliken Mina rutter listar rutter turisten själv har planerat (tomt tills en rutt sparas) och länkar vidare till att skapa en ny rutt eller bläddra i alla publicerade rutter i kommunen. Fliken Favoriter är avsedd för platser sparade från kartan eller en entitetssida — i den testade sessionen visade den «Inga sparade platser» även efter att en plats lagts till via en verksamhets profilsida (se Steg 5), så kopplingen mellan «Lägg till i min resa» och den här listan gick inte att bekräfta.
The My routes tab lists routes the tourist has planned themselves (empty until a route is saved) and links onward to creating a new route or browsing all published routes in the commune. The Favourites tab is meant for places saved from the map or an entity page — in the tested session it showed «No saved places» even after a place was added via a business profile page (see Step 5), so the link between «Add to my trip» and this list could not be confirmed.
Publika sidor som besökarePublic pages as a visitor
Turisten kan bläddra i kommunens vanliga publika sidor — Byar, Boende, Evenemang, Karta, Katalog — precis som en utloggad besökare. Startsidan innehåller ingen personalisering baserad på inloggning: navigeringsheadern visar «Logga in» även när turisten är inloggad (kontrollerat direkt efter besök på /dashboard/ i samma session), så det är gästen som själv måste navigera till /dashboard/ eller /konto/ för att se sitt inloggade läge.
The tourist can browse the commune’s regular public pages — Villages, Accommodation, Events, Map, Catalogue — just like a logged-out visitor. The homepage carries no personalisation based on login: the navigation header shows «Log in» even while the tourist is logged in (checked immediately after visiting /dashboard/ in the same session), so the visitor has to navigate to /dashboard/ or /konto/ themselves to see their logged-in state.
Utforska en verksamhet och lägg till i sin resaExplore a business and add it to a trip
Från katalogen kan turisten öppna en verksamhets profilsida och klicka på «Lägg till i min resa». Knappen byter direkt till «Tillagd ✓» som bekräftelse. Ospecifika verksamheter (som denna testpost) visar också en banderoll om att profilen ännu inte hanteras av verksamheten själv, med en länk för ägaren att göra anspråk på den.
From the catalogue, the tourist can open a business’s profile page and click «Add to my trip». The button immediately switches to «Added ✓» as confirmation. Unclaimed businesses (like this test entry) also show a banner noting the profile is not yet managed by the business itself, with a link for the owner to claim it.
Kontosidan (Mina sidor)Account page (My pages)
/konto/ omdirigerar till /mina-sidor/, som samlar allt på ett ställe via flikarna Medlemskap, Bokningar, Platser, Uppgifter, Aviseringar och Mina annonser. Medlemskap länkar vidare till föreningarna; Platser innehåller två förslagsformulär (föreslå en plats / föreslå en servicepunkt); Uppgifter visar profilnamn och e-post, byte av lösenord, aviseringsinställningar per typ (plattform/e-post) samt GDPR-verktyg för att ladda ner eller radera sina uppgifter. Observera: sidans text och testanvändarens visningsnamn saknar genomgående svenska tecken (å/ä/ö) i den löpande texten, t.ex. «Testanvandare 11» och «Dina medlemskap, bokningar och uppgifter pa ett stalle» — detta är hur sidan faktiskt renderas på staging, inte ett visningsfel i det här dokumentet.
/konto/ redirects to /mina-sidor/, which gathers everything in one place via the Membership, Bookings, Places, Profile, Notifications, and My listings tabs. Membership links onward to the associations; Places contains two suggestion forms (suggest a place / suggest a service point); Profile shows the display name and email, password change, per-type notification settings (platform/email), and GDPR tools to download or delete your data. Note: the page text and the test user’s display name are consistently missing Swedish characters (å/ä/ö) throughout the body copy, e.g. «Testanvandare 11» and «Dina medlemskap, bokningar och uppgifter pa ett stalle» — this is how the page actually renders on staging, not a display issue in this document.
Fixat (2026-09-08): Testinloggningen för lokalbo (demo.lokal@hds.se) gav tidigare genomgående «Fel e-postadress eller lösenord» eftersom kontot aldrig hade skapats i databasen — till skillnad från turistens uppgifter, som alltid fungerade. Kontot har nu skapats och inloggningen verifierades fungera. Se lokalbo-resan för detaljer.Fixed (2026-09-08): The local-resident test login (demo.lokal@hds.se) previously consistently returned «Incorrect email or password» because the account had never been created in the database — unlike the tourist credentials, which always worked. The account has now been created and login was verified working. See the local-resident journey for details.
