InloggningLogin
Föreningsledaren loggar in på /logga-in/ med samma formulär som alla andra roller. Demo-panelen på inloggningssidan fyller i uppgifterna automatiskt vid presentationer.
The association leader logs in at /logga-in/ using the same form as all other roles. The demo panel on the login page fills in the credentials automatically during presentations.
Kontrollpanelen, föreningens hemmaplanThe dashboard, the association’s home base
Efter inloggning hamnar föreningsledaren på /dashboard/, som visar en egen kontrollpanel för entiteten — inte den allmänna kommunöversikten. Fliken Översikt visar tre nyckeltal (profilvisningar totalt, aktiva medlemmar, bokningar) och tre snabbknappar: Redigera profil, Evenemang och Visa publik profil.
After logging in, the association leader lands on /dashboard/, which shows a dedicated dashboard for the entity — not the general commune overview. The Overview tab shows three key figures (total profile views, active members, bookings) and three quick-action buttons: Edit profile, Events, and View public profile.
Fliken Min profilThe My Profile tab
Fliken Min profil innehåller ett formulär för föreningens grunduppgifter: namn, tagline, beskrivning, kontakt-e-post, telefon, webbplats och öppettider. Ändringar sparas med «Spara ändringar», och «Publik profil» öppnar samma sida som besökare ser.
Fixat (2026-09-08): Formulärfälten laddades tidigare tomma för demo.forening@hds.se eftersom profilen (demo-forening) saknade ett kommun_id i sin databaspost. Se rutan i slutet av dokumentet för detaljer — åtgärdat genom att lägga till kommun_id på entiteten samt koppla den till Piteå i entity_commune.
The My Profile tab contains a form for the association’s basic details: name, tagline, description, contact email, phone, website, and opening hours. Changes are saved with «Save changes», and «Public profile» opens the same page visitors see.
Fixed (2026-09-08): The form fields used to load empty for demo.forening@hds.se because the profile (demo-forening) was missing a kommun_id in its database record. See the note at the end of this document for details — fixed by adding kommun_id to the entity and linking it to Piteå in entity_commune.
Fliken EvenemangThe Events tab
Fliken Evenemang visar föreningens kommande evenemang (inga godkända ännu för demokontot) och länkar till «Se alla evenemang» (kommunens publika evenemangssida) och «Lägg till evenemang» (inlämningsformuläret).
The Events tab shows the association’s upcoming events (none approved yet for the demo account) and links to «See all events» (the commune’s public events page) and «Add event» (the submission form).
Lägg till evenemangAdd an event
«Lägg till evenemang» öppnar /evenemang/lagga-till/, det gemensamma inlämningsformuläret för evenemang (namn, datum, tid, plats, beskrivning, länk, arrangör, e-post). Formuläret uppger att inloggade föreningar och företag får sina evenemang publicerade direkt utan granskning, medan övriga inlämningar granskas inom 24 timmar.
«Add event» opens /evenemang/lagga-till/, the shared event submission form (name, date, time, location, description, link, organizer, email). The form states that logged-in associations and businesses get their events published immediately without review, while other submissions are reviewed within 24 hours.

«Se alla evenemang» leder till /evenemang/, kommunens publika evenemangssida med karta, filter för ort och kategori, och en kronologisk lista över kommande evenemang — samma sida som besökare ser.
«See all events» leads to /evenemang/, the commune’s public events page with a map, filters for location and category, and a chronological list of upcoming events — the same page visitors see.
Fliken MedlemmarThe Members tab
Fliken Medlemmar visar en sammanfattning av registrerade medlemmar (ingen ännu för demokontot) och länkar vidare till «Hantera i kontoverktyget» för fullständig medlemshantering (lista, export, meddelanden) på /konto/.
The Members tab shows a summary of registered members (none yet for the demo account) and links onward to «Manage in account tool» for full member management (list, export, messaging) at /konto/.

Fixat (2026-09-08): Profilredigeringen på /konto/ och den publika sidan på /foretag/demo-forening/ visade tidigare «Profilen hittades inte», trots att kontrollpanelen på /dashboard/ fungerade fullt ut. Orsaken: entiteten demo-forening finns bara som en rad i databastabellen entity_overrides (utan motsvarighet i data/entities.json), och den raden saknade fältet kommun_id samt en koppling i entity_commune. Sidans gemensamma fetchEntities()-funktion filtrerar alla entiteter på kommun-ID innan de visas, så utan dessa fanns demo-forening inte i listan trots att databasposten existerade. Samma fel gällde det identiska demokontot för klubbansvarig (demo-klubb). Båda är nu åtgärdade: kommun_id: "pitea" har lagts till på respektive entitets databaspost, och en rad har lagts till i entity_commune som kopplar dem till Piteå.Fixed (2026-09-08): The profile editor at /konto/ and the public page at /foretag/demo-forening/ used to show «Profile not found», even though the dashboard at /dashboard/ worked fully. The cause: the demo-forening entity exists only as a row in the entity_overrides database table (with no counterpart in data/entities.json), and that row was missing the kommun_id field as well as a link in entity_commune. The site’s shared fetchEntities() function filters all entities by commune ID before displaying them, so without those, demo-forening was absent from the list even though the database record existed. The same issue affected the identical demo account for the club manager (demo-klubb). Both are now fixed: kommun_id: "pitea" was added to each entity’s database record, and a row was added to entity_commune linking them to Piteå.
