Inloggning och Mitt kontoLogin and My Account
Företagsägaren loggar in på /logga-in/. Demo-panelen på inloggningssidan listar ett testkonto för rollen (demo.business@hds.se) som andra roller. Efter inloggning hamnar kontot på /dashboard/ med tre flikar: Översikt, Min profil och Evenemang. Översikt visar snabbknapparna Redigera profil, Evenemang och Visa publik profil, samt tre nyckeltal (profilvisningar, aktiva medlemmar, bokningar) som för det här demokontot alla står på noll.
The business owner logs in at /logga-in/. The login page’s demo panel lists a test account for the role (demo.business@hds.se) like other roles. After logging in, the account lands on /dashboard/ with three tabs: Overview, My profile, and Events. Overview shows the shortcut buttons Edit profile, Events, and View public profile, plus three key figures (profile views, active members, bookings) which for this demo account all read zero.
Min profil, redigeringsformuläretMy profile, the edit form
Fliken Min profil (eller knappen Redigera profil från Översikt) öppnar formuläret för att uppdatera företagets uppgifter: Namn, Tagline, Beskrivning, Kontakt-e-post, Telefon, Webbplats och Öppettider, med en Spara ändringar-knapp och en genväg till Publik profil. Det här är den avsedda vägen för en företagsägare att hålla sin profil aktuell.
The My profile tab (or the Edit profile button from Overview) opens the form for updating the business’s details: Name, Tagline, Description, Contact email, Phone, Website, and Opening hours, with a Save changes button and a shortcut to Public profile. This is the intended path for a business owner to keep their profile up to date.
Evenemang: statusflik och publikt formulärEvents: status tab and public form
Fliken Evenemang visar kommande godkända evenemang för de närmaste 30 dagarna (tomt för demokontot) med två genvägar: Se alla evenemang (den publika evenemangslistan) och Lägg till evenemang. Formuläret på /evenemang/lagga-till/ är publikt och öppet för alla, men informerar om att inloggade företag och föreningar (eller en matchande e-postadress) får sitt evenemang publicerat direkt utan granskning, medan övriga väntar upp till 24 timmar. Fälten är: Evenemangets namn, Datum, Tid, Plats, Kort beskrivning (max 300 tecken), Länk, Arrangör och Din e-post.
The Events tab shows upcoming approved events for the next 30 days (empty for the demo account) with two shortcuts: See all events (the public events listing) and Add event. The form at /evenemang/lagga-till/ is public and open to anyone, but notes that logged-in businesses and associations (or a matching email address) get their event published immediately without review, while everyone else waits up to 24 hours. The fields are: Event name, Date, Time, Location, Short description (max 300 characters), Link, Organizer, and Your email.

Formuläret nås både publikt och från Evenemang-fliken i dashboarden. Ett fungerande företagskonto skulle här kunna publicera ett evenemang direkt genom att vara inloggat med en e-post som matchar entitetens kontaktadress. Skärmbilden nedan visar formuläret så som det ser ut oavsett inloggningsstatus.
The form is reachable both publicly and from the Events tab in the dashboard. A working business account could publish an event immediately here by being logged in with an email matching the entity’s contact address. The screenshot below shows the form as it appears regardless of login status.
Känt datafel: demokontots entitet saknasKnown data issue: the demo account’s entity is missing
Demokontot demo.business@hds.se är kopplat till entitets-id demo-foretag, men den entiteten finns inte i plattformens entitetsregister. Det gör att Min profil-formuläret alltid laddas tomt (ingen data att fylla i), att den publika profilsidan /foretag/demo-foretag/ visar «Profilen hittades inte», och att den äldre kontosidan /konto/ visar «Profilen hittades inte. Kontakta admin.» för samma konto. Formulärfälten och arbetsflödet i Steg 2–4 stämmer med hur en fungerande företagsprofil används — det är bara just detta demokontos koppling till en saknad entitet som gör att data inte visas eller sparas synligt vid test.
The demo account demo.business@hds.se is linked to entity id demo-foretag, but that entity does not exist in the platform’s entity registry. As a result, the My profile form always loads empty (there is no data to populate it with), the public profile page /foretag/demo-foretag/ shows «Profile not found», and the older account page /konto/ shows «Profile not found. Contact admin.» for the same account. The form fields and workflow in Steps 2–4 match how a working business profile is used — it is only this specific demo account’s link to a missing entity that causes data to appear absent when testing.
Den äldre kontosidan /konto/The older account page /konto/
Utöver /dashboard/ finns en äldre, separat kontosida på /konto/ med en vy-väljare (för konton kopplade till flera entiteter), en sektion för service på plats (husbil/husvagn), delning av åtkomst till profilen och byte av lösenord för kontot. Även denna sida visar samma «Profilen hittades inte»-fel för demokontot, av samma anledning som i Steg 5.
In addition to /dashboard/, there is an older, separate account page at /konto/ with a view selector (for accounts linked to multiple entities), a section for on-site service (motorhome/caravan), sharing access to the profile, and changing the account password. This page also shows the same «Profile not found» error for the demo account, for the same reason as in Step 5.
Två kontosidor finns parallellt: /dashboard/ är den nyare, flikbaserade vyn och det som visas för kontot direkt efter inloggning. /konto/ är en äldre sida med delvis andra funktioner (delning av åtkomst, husbil/husvagn-service, lösenordsbyte) som ännu inte finns i dashboarden.Two account pages exist in parallel: /dashboard/ is the newer, tab-based view and what the account is shown right after logging in. /konto/ is an older page with some functions (sharing access, motorhome/caravan service, password change) not yet present in the dashboard.
Känd begränsning: Demokontot demo.business@hds.se pekar på entiteten demo-foretag, som saknas i entitetsregistret. Min profil-formuläret, den publika profilen och /konto/ visar därför alla tom data eller «hittades inte» för det här specifika kontot. Använd t.ex. entiteten the-old-skoler (kopplad till ett annat konto) för att se en fungerande, ifylld profil.Known limitation: The demo account demo.business@hds.se points to the entity demo-foretag, which is missing from the entity registry.
